H attended our popular Employability Skills Training that took place at the end of May 2021. She had been struggling with finding opportunities to work and had been unemployed for a while.
H was able to brush up her knowledge of job searching, writing an effective CV, undertaking online assessments and situational judgement tests and interview techniques.
Having taken on board our tips around applying for her next job, she was invited to a Guaranteed Interview with Hotel Chocolat at the end of the training and put that knowledge and flair to the test.
Happily, she was offered the job and is very pleased, as it fits nicely around her other commitments.
